Not everyone needs the full suite - sometimes, you just need that one thing done right. These services are offered as standalone projects and are perfect if you already have a brand and need specific design support to elevate your presence.

 

Please note: A La Carte offerings are booked separately and can't be added to a full brand package.

FAQs

  • I guarantee that I will approach every project with thoughtful care, creativity, and professionalism. While I can’t promise specific results (since success depends on collaboration and various external factors), I am committed to delivering all agreed-upon work to the highest standard.


    Please note: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (depending on your chosen payment option). Any payments made upon the signing of contract is non-refundable. If the project ends prematurely for any reason, only payments made for work not yet completed will be refunded.

  • The branding packages are thoughtfully crafted to include everything essential for a strong, cohesive brand identity. Therefore, deliverables are unremovable or changed.


    However, if you’re looking to build further on your brand, you can explore optional Add-On Services (e.g. packaging design, social media design, print collateral) to elevate your brand even more.

  • My pricing is intentionally structured to reflect the time, skill, and value invested into each project. Discounts are not applicable, however, if you do decide to pay in full for the design packages upon contract signing, there will be a 5% off (not applicable for any add-ons or a la carte services) your design package bill.


    I may also occasionally offer loyalty-based pricing for return clients.

  • Absolutely! I love collaborating with clients across the globe. I'm timezone-flexible and offer multiple payment options including:


    • PayNow (for clients based in Singapore)

    • PayPal (for international clients)

  • Your project investment covers all design deliverables outlined in your package. That said, you may encounter additional costs depending on your needs, such as:


    • Font licenses (purchased separately from type foundries)

    • Stock photography (if needed)

    • Platform subscriptions (e.g. Canva, Figma, or Adobe for editing templates)

    • For website designs: domain name, hosting fees, porting designs over to your site, and any other third-party integrations are your responsibility.


    I will always strive to keep you informed and only recommend extras that align with your goals.

  • The process works best when both of us show up prepared. As a client, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Filling out your brand or editorial questionnaire before we begin

    • Providing all requested assets (copy, imagery, specs, etc.) on time

    • Being available and responsive throughout the project for feedback and approvals


    I will guide you through every step, but your involvement is key to a smooth and successful collaboration.

  • For Branding Projects:

    You’ll need to have clarity on your business goals, values, audience, and offerings. You don’t need a polished business plan, but a strong foundation helps us shape your brand’s visual identity with purpose. You should also be available during key phases of the project to give timely feedback.


    For Editorial Projects:

    Have your content drafted (or at least outlined), and be prepared to collaborate on the flow and structure. I will guide you through the planning and layout process, and provide prompts where needed to refine your story.


    For À La Carte Services:

    Depending on the service(s) selected, I may need technical specs (e.g. dielines, template dimensions), final copy, product images, and any brand assets you already have. Precised details will be listed in the custom proposal. 

  • Start by filling out the enquiry form of your desired design packaging/service. I will review your details and get back to you within 2-3 business days. excluding weekends and holidays. If everything aligns, I will guide you through the next steps.
